Alpha and Omega
Anna, four years a werewolf, raped, beaten, half-starved and handed from one male to another, places a call from Chicago to the wilds of Montana. She reaches the Marrok, North America's werewolf ruler, telling him she's seen a boy, one reported missing and possibly injured. He was in a cage her pack's Alpha keeps for confining new werewolves.
The Marrok says that his enforcer is flying from Montana to O'Hare. Anna meets the plane, and, Charles, enforcer, as well as the Marrok's oldest son, insists on staying with her. He has seen she is not the Submissive she thinks she is. Charles is a supreme Alpha, and she is his antithesis, a rare Omega; her very presence lowers tension, calms and soothes. Despite centuries as a Solitary, Charles would wed young Anna. His brother wolf, he says, has already taken her as his mate.
There are, as investigation and confrontation reveal, reasons both for the capture of the boy and for what has been done to Anna. It's a surprisingly tender story.

Alpha and Omega: The Search for the Beginning and End of the Universe
Humankind has grappled for millennia with the fundamental questions of the origin and end of the universe--it was a focus of ancient religions and myths and of the inquiries of Aristotle, Galileo, Copernicus, Kepler, and Newton. Today we are at the brink of discoveries that should soon reveal the deepest secrets of the universe.
Alpha and Omega is a dispatch from the front lines of the cosmological revolution that is being waged at observatories and laboratories around the world-in Europe, in America, and even in Antarctica--where scientists are actually peering into both the cradle of the universe and its grave. Scientists--including galaxy hunters and microwave eavesdroppers, gravity theorists and atom smashers, all of whom are on the trail of dark matter, dark energy, and the growing inhabitants of the particle zoo-now know how the universe will end and are on the brink of understanding its beginning. Their findings will be among the greatest triumphs of science, even towering above the deciphering of the human genome.
This is the book you need to help understand the frequent front-page headlines heralding dramatic cosmological discoveries. It makes cutting-edge science both crystal clear and wonderfully exciting.

Alpha and Omega God
The book is about the Alpha and Omega God. It is my testimony in regard to the existence and the will of the Deity creator for the entire creation activities. I started to write about this supernatural and omnipotent God from the beginning, which is unknown time. I then proceeded in writing all the way to the time of eternity. In the book, I have talked and tried to prove the creatorship and rulership situation or condition of the Trinity God. I have done this to make peoples of this world believe in existence of the almighty and the ubiquitous God who caused every thing seen and unseen to emerge and exist as they are found now.
Charles Cornick is his pack's enforcer and lives a harsh life, doing jobs other wolves can't - or won't. And his most recent task was rescuing Anna Latham from a life of brutality. This leaves him shot and wounded, but he's happy to pay the price. Charles is strongly drawn to Anna, and her growing 'Omega' powers will see his people through dangerous times. Anna desperately needs her new mountainous home to be safer than the life she's left behind. But when a rogue werewolf starts murdering hikers, Charles and Anna are sent into the winter forests to investigate. Charles is still weak and will need Anna's strength as they discover a web of witchcraft that could drag down the whole pack. Including its leader Bran, Charles's father, head of a vast network of wolves. And if Bran weakens, dark madness could run like a fever through half a continent.
Alpha and Omega
The theology of Karl Barth, the world-renowned German religious philosopher, has won the interest of intelligent laymen as well as clergymen, seminarians, and students. This book is an analysis of the way in which Barth describes the existence of Christ as the beginning and end of human history. From the dominant clichŽ of modern theology--ÒChristianity is an historical religionÓ--it untangles three questions which it then directs to Barth's writings: 1. To what end does God rule human history? 2. In what sense does God have a history and what is the relation between His history and ours? 3. What does the Christian assertion that Jesus, an historical event, is the meaning of life, say about the meaning of reality? Through investigation of these questions, Alpha and Omega presents Barth's theology as an answer to the challenge presented by the loss of man's ancient belief in an eternal and unchanging framework and in a goal of life. The Church must speak to man as it þnds him. Today it cannot assume that man already believes in Òjustice,Ó Ògoodness,Ó and ÒGod.Ó Christianity must learn to present Jesus Christ, in his unadulterated historical reality, as the meaning of man's life. Alpha and Omega shows that Barth's development of a proclamation in which Christ's life is seen as the unconditional goal of the history of creation, in which to live means to become Christ's brother and share in His story, is one of theology's few live possibilities--if not the only one.
The Alpha and Omega
"The Alpha and Omega" is a book about the truth-and nothing but the truth-the knowledge about truth which is called Wisdom. The book starts from the beginning of time-"The Alpha" and takes the reader on a smooth ride down creation of the Universe, then with Historical and Archeological proof down ancient times, medieval times to current time. From there it transports the reader in to the future-where we are going and where we will end-"The Omega" . It is a unique, bold, one of a kind "Lone Ranger" type of book. The author after his encounter with death and subsequent survival from two major illnesses which attacked him together, began seeking for the truth of life and after four years of dedicated research, found it in the sacred books of the four major religions of the world- the Bible of Christians, the Torah of the Jews, the Koran of the Muslims and the Bagavat Gita of the Indian Hindus. The truth shocked yet consoled him when he understood that the these warring religions are, but the four rooms of one single house, built on one single foundation yet, blocked out from each other. Whose builder is "the single central figure" who is also the "Corner Stone". He was disappointed to note that the leaders of these religions are aware of this fact, yet are misguiding their followers- keeping them in darkness to keep them trapped under their own religious banner for ever, although it is creating so much of unnecessary chaos in this world. This is the purpose of this book- the message that the author wants to spread to the world and not conversion from any faith to any faith. However, he believes that one religion stands way ahead of the other three because of the solid proof it possesses, both historical and archeological. The book is a unique amalgamation of the truth derived from these four sacred books and assembled in one place, thus saving any truth seeker from the hassle of tedious cross reference into these four books. He has also described in simple understandable language some of the visions in the Bible and how they are connected directly with recorded History and can therefore be considered true. He has also unmasked the identity of the devil and anti christ, and has explained who are the demons, ghosts and spirits of the dead, the Armageddon and the end of the world. Finally, he has challenged the reader by throwing an option at him to believe in the truth he the author has presented if the reader wishes, thereby acquire peace and tranquility within himself and then be an instrument in spreading it within his circle and world at large for a better tomorrow. The author pledged that part of the royalties earned for this book will be given to The Canadian Cancer Society-Canada and a charity institution in India.
The Mystery of the Alpha and Omega
Do the Scriptures really identify who the Messiah is and what His role is to be? Author John Shumaker takes an in-depth look into the original Hebrew Scriptures in his book The Mystery of the Alpha and Omega and reveals something hidden for our discovery. Proverbs 25: 2 says, It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, But the glory of kings is to search out a matter. (NASB). God has hidden in the original Hebrew text the role of the Messiah?the role that Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) fulfilled to the very letter recorded in the original text. In his book The Mystery of the Alpha and Omega, Shumaker takes us to eighteen of these verses and reveals to us something hidden within the text of the Tanakh (Hebrew title of the Old Testament) and revealed through the person of the Messiah Yeshua in the New Testament. This is truly a scriptural revelation!
